1. Voucher Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period. Unredeemed vouchers will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or replaced with a new voucher.

2. Session Value and Price Guarantee

The session price is locked in for the first 12 months from the date of issue. If the session is booked after 12 months, a gap fee may apply to reflect any price increase since the voucher was purchased. Prices may change during the voucher validity period; if the session price at the time of booking exceeds the voucher value, the difference will be payable.

3. Eligible Sessions

Vouchers can be used toward any Lisa Katrina Photography session, including maternity, family, newborn, and extended family sessions.

4. How Vouchers Work

Gift vouchers hold a monetary value and are applied as credit toward a session at the time of booking. The voucher will only ever be valid for the monetary amount stated on the voucher at the time of purchase - this amount does not increase, regardless of any changes to session pricing, packages, or inclusions. Voucher value cannot be split across multiple sessions.

5. Refunds and Unused Value

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused portion of the voucher value is forfeited and cannot be refunded, credited, or carried over to a future session.

6. Booking Requirements

Vouchers must be used toward a future photography session and cannot be applied to past bookings or purchases. All bookings are subject to availability, and advance notice is recommended to secure your preferred date.

7. Transferability

Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by someone other than the original purchaser or recipient, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase..

8. Travel

Travel is included for locations within the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas. Sessions outside these areas may incur an additional travel fee, payable separately from the voucher value.

9. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply for upgrades beyond the voucher value.

10. Links to External Websites

Lost or stolen vouchers may be replaced at my discretion upon proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

10. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be published on my website.

11. Missed Sessions

If a client fails to attend a booked session without reasonable notice, the session is forfeited. The voucher itself is not automatically forfeited, but a new booking will be subject to availability and these terms.

12. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability. One reschedule per booking is offered at no charge, for any reason, including illness. A rescheduling fee of $200 may apply for any subsequent reschedule, or for changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.

This fee does not apply where a session is rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances outside the client's reasonable control, or if the reschedule is initiated by Lisa Katrina Photography.

13. Session Agreement

The voucher recipient (giftee) will be required to sign my standard client contract prior to their session, in addition to these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.

14. Changes to This Policy

These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations or pricing. The most recent version will always be published on my website.
